We made loads of thumbnails for our ideas and this one is the image I want to continue and paint. I believe she will be posting her Drawing version with a different concept soon.

Great design, she looks quite disturbing!
Detailwork is very well done, with the specific style incorperated in all the different ornaments and objects.

Something about the pose seems a bit unbalanced as if she is leaning a bit too much forward...could be my tired eyes

Light set up is lacking contrast - that's making her flat despite all the details - you should check values more carefully next time.Her hair is solving it a little by it's light color but still not enough.
Great concept and awesome work on details. I love the rock she's standing on - it rocks.Not many artist paint rocks looking rocks ^_- usually it looks like some organic mass..
Too many wight highlights on her skin're distracting too - the same prob with values.
Great work overall - try to work more on light
